“Why Minneapolis” (YMPLS) was produced for a broker at Avison Young who had a specific prospect he was trying to reach. The brochure was researched, written, designed, and printed under a tight deadline. The piece covers topics such as the Economy, Education, Employment, and more. The goal was to be persuasive in the language and design elements to position Minnesota as a positive, thriving place to live, work, and do business.
